Weinstein Properties is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for The Union Apartments in the Nashville, Tennessee area. The role manages and coordinates a service team responsible for building and grounds upkeep, repairs, inventory, scheduling, and supervision of in-house and vendor work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, structural, and appliance systems. The position is hands-on, requires an 8 AM to 5 PM Monday-Friday schedule plus emergency on-call participation, and offers competitive pay, bonuses, health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
