Property Management is looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in Charlotte, NC. The supervisor will manage staff, oversee workload, ensure timely completion of work orders, and coordinate with the Community Manager. Key responsibilities include performing minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry work, as well as diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems. The role requires flexibility, adherence to safety regulations, and the ability to respond to emergencies.
