Description
Optima is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for a luxury apartment community. The role oversees service requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, contractor performance, resident relations, repairs, inventory, training, safety, budgets, and reporting. Candidates need at least three years of onsite maintenance experience at a luxury residential property, general repair knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays. Compensation is $28-$30 per hour plus bonuses, with medical, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
