Description
The Neighborhood Service Manager oversees the physical operations and preservation and maintenance of an apartment neighborhood. The role leads and develops staff, manages the maintenance budget, oversees safety training, capital projects, vendors, contractors, and inventory, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Candidates need at least five years of apartment maintenance experience or training, two years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, three related maintenance certificates, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Compensation is $36.25 to $39.75 per hour, with bonuses, standby and on-call premium pay, and medical, vision, dental, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
