The Maintenance Supervisor DC oversees all aspects of facilities maintenance, including preventive maintenance programs, building repairs, and material handling equipment upkeep. This role involves managing maintenance and repair budgets, overseeing various service sub-accounts like landscaping and pest control, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
