Ross Stores is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its Central Valley Distribution Center in Shafter, California. The role oversees facilities maintenance functions including preventive maintenance, building and equipment repairs, CMMS use, vendor coordination, maintenance inventory, and compliance with safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements. The position requires extensive maintenance experience in a large distribution center and/or manufacturing environment, supervisory experience, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and proficiency with OSHA standards, schematic diagrams, and Microsoft Office tools. It is a full-time, in-office role with a base salary range of $69,100 to $111,100.
