Nimble Robotics is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its cutting-edge e-commerce fulfillment facility to lead a maintenance team supporting complex mechanical, material handling, and proprietary automated robotics systems in a next-generation autonomous warehouse. The role focuses on supervising technicians, maximizing uptime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting hardware-software issues with engineering teams, managing inventory and safety compliance, and documenting work accurately. The position requires at least a high school diploma, 5+ years of industrial maintenance/repair experience, and 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, with a salary of $85,000-$95,000 plus equity and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, parental leave, commuter benefits, 401(k), and equity.
