Description
Pilgrim’s is hiring a Maintenance Superintendent to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across a poultry or food manufacturing facility. The role leads maintenance teams, plans work schedules, maintains production equipment and utility systems, develops preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoots issues, supports facility improvements, and manages procurement of tools and supplies. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of maintenance experience in poultry or food manufacturing, and knowledge of refrigeration, PLCs, electrical systems, plumbing, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. The schedule is Monday through Friday with weekends as needed, and the base salary range is $69,135 to $84,000.
