Description
Aboitiz Foods is hiring a Farm Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the design, installation, implementation, and continuous improvement of preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance programs for swine and poultry farm facilities, systems, and equipment. The role manages SAP-based maintenance data, work orders, contractors, spare parts, utilities, safety, root-cause analysis, and performance of direct subordinates, while requiring a BS Electrical Engineering degree, preferably a registered electrical engineer, and at least five years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar function. The position is a fixed-term stay-in setup.
