Description
The Farm Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the design, installation, implementation, and continuous improvement of preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance programs for swine and poultry farm facilities, systems, and equipment. The role manages SAP-based maintenance data, repair scheduling, work orders, spare parts, utilities, root-cause analysis, safety, and continuous-improvement projects, while supervising direct subordinates and third-party maintenance providers. The position requires a BS Electrical Engineering degree, preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer, and at least five years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar function; it is a fixed-term, stay-in setup.
