Description
Sedgebrook Senior Living is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to support coverage across Independent Living and Radford Green. The role supervises maintenance technicians, coordinates work orders and preventive maintenance, troubleshoots HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, oversees repairs in residential, common, and clinical spaces, responds to emergency failures, documents maintenance work, and participates in on-call rotations. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of supervisory experience in facilities or a comparable field, and preferably five years of maintenance experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, or a comparable environment. The position pays $28–$30 per hour and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus, medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
