EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor I to oversee the physical operations of Aloha Iā Halewilikō, a 140-unit property in Aiea, Hawaii. The role coordinates and supervises maintenance and janitorial staff, manages outside vendors, performs unit inspections, maintains records, and supports unit turnover. Candidates need at least two years of apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, supervisory experience, a valid driver license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and HVAC certification. The position pays $26.13–$41.80 per hour, with a hiring range of $26.13–$33.96 per hour for new employees.
