Bupa Mosman is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to provide quality and timely maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance across its 64-bed care home. The role leads continuous improvement and corrective activities, supports repair and maintenance budgeting, documents performance expectations, and manages Maintenance, Cleaning, and Laundry Assistants across shifts. Candidates need post-trade or advanced certificate/associate diploma qualifications or relevant training and experience, property maintenance and building works experience, occupational health and safety experience, strong communication skills, and independent problem-solving ability.
