Description
Arconic is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its Aluminum Extrusions business unit in Lafayette, Indiana. The role leads maintenance technicians through work orders, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment reliability, safety compliance, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement; coordinates with production and engineering teams; maintains maintenance records; trains and evaluates team members; and manages spare parts and vendor relationships. The position requires at least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, CMMS or similar scheduling experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Relocation assistance is available, travel is less than 25%, and visa sponsorship is not available.
