Land O'Lakes is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor- Night Shift to lead and develop teams responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and industrial processes. The role oversees equipment, schedules, quality, costs, customer service, training, and employee performance, and typically works Monday through Friday from 8 PM to 5 AM, with possible weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field plus three years of industrial manufacturing experience, or seven years of industrial maintenance experience, is required, along with supervisory, troubleshooting, PLC, and industrial systems experience. The salary range is $81,200 to $121,800, with medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, and other benefits for most full-time roles.
