Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and directs up to 15 Maintenance Mechanics in a manufacturing facility, planning and supervising preventative maintenance, work orders, small projects, troubleshooting, equipment histories, and continuous improvement. The role requires supervisory experience in maintenance or production equipment, knowledge of PLCs and industrial controls, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to work in production or warehouse areas under physically demanding conditions.
