Description
The Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance teams of mechanics and electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance, machine repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability across a plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. The role oversees maintenance systems, work orders, documentation, KPIs, inventory, scheduling, and compliance with USDA regulations, while coordinating with production and managing long-term solutions for process and equipment issues. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field plus at least two years of relevant experience is required, with advanced technical knowledge in ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, mechanical and electrical systems, and manufacturing maintenance systems preferred.
