Description
The Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor leads the installation, repair, maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of mechanical, electrical, environmental, HVAC, lighting, and other facility systems in a manufacturing environment. The role supervises hourly maintenance mechanics and maintenance positions, coordinates contractors, manages work orders, spare parts, preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, 5S, safety, environmental compliance, and reliability metrics, and supports production, quality, and cost objectives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or journeyman designation, at least seven years of related experience, five years of supervisory experience, and three years of TPM experience.
