Description
The Service Director oversees and performs technical and mechanical maintenance for apartment properties, including resident service requests, make-ready inspections, routine upkeep, preventative maintenance, contractor oversight, safety compliance, inventory, budget support, and property inspections. The role supervises service team members, requires 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent, and includes on-site work in all weather, travel, and call availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
