Description
JobAlso is seeking maintenance supervisors to support several partner companies in manufacturing and industrial sectors. The role coordinates preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance; plans work around production shutdowns; leads technical teams; resolves equipment issues; improves reliability; collaborates with production teams; ensures compliance with safety, internal, and quality standards; and follows up on interventions, audits, and technical documentation. Candidates should have relevant industrial maintenance training, 3 to 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, team-supervision experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, technical-documentation skills, and experience with maintenance tracking systems.
