Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and performs technical and mechanical maintenance for the inside and exterior buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of a residential property. The role handles resident service requests, routine upkeep, make-ready inspections, contractor and vendor oversight, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, inventory, budget support, and resident communication. It requires at least two to three years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent, a high school diploma or GED, EPA refrigerant recycling certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work inside and outside the property in all weather conditions.
