Description
The Maintenance Systems & Planning Coordinator supports the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of mission-critical data centre infrastructure by administering the CMMS, coordinating maintenance schedules, chairing the Change Advisory Board, managing change calendars and conflict resolution, and planning rotating shifts, leave, and relief coverage. The role collaborates with ACOM, COM, CFM, HR, vendors, and operations teams while maintaining audit-ready documentation and operational reporting. It is primarily Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours, minimal travel, and requires Australian work authorisation and data centre security compliance.
