Description
The Maintenance Tech 1 will support industrial maintenance operations in a paper mill by repairing and performing routine maintenance on machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues, assisting with equipment installation, inspecting for failures and safety hazards, documenting work, and coordinating maintenance with production teams. The role requires at least three years of industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, technical-document interpretation, tool and testing-instrument proficiency, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment with rotating shifts.
