Description
StuartCo is hiring a full-time Maintenance Tech 1 in Hopkins, Minnesota to perform general property maintenance, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, and grounds-related work. The role responds to resident and property-management requests, coordinates inspections, maintains safety and documentation records, supports vendor services, and provides customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent, general building-systems knowledge, work-order experience, and a valid driver’s license are required; two or more years of maintenance experience is preferred. The schedule is typically FT40, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with benefits including health, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, and retirement benefits, and the pay is $26–$29 per hour.
