Description
The Allison Inn & Spa is hiring one Maintenance Technician 1 to perform building exterior cleaning, minor hotel and campus repairs involving plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, painting, staining, sheet rock repair, pool and spa equipment support, power-tool operation, hazard prevention, computerized equipment operation, and work-order documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED or at least one year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, background and motor vehicle checks, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied weather, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
