The Plant Maintenance Associate performs emergency and unscheduled repairs, preventive maintenance, major repair support, equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance planning. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent manufacturing experience, basic machining and welding skills, hand tools, safety compliance, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Overtime may be required, and the work involves mechanical hazards, noise, vibration, extreme temperatures, and outdoor conditions.
