Description
The Maintenance Technician 2 performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and root-cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems. The role also mentors and trains Maintenance Technician 1s, coordinates maintenance activities, maintains compliance records, and promotes safety and continuous improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of maintenance-technician experience, trade expertise, mentorship ability, technical proficiency, and knowledge of safety regulations; the position requires a flexible schedule and exposure to varied physical and environmental conditions.
