Concord is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support its Engineering team by performing routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and facilities, conducting preventative maintenance, responding to guest and team requests, assisting with building and grounds projects, and following safety procedures. The role requires previous general maintenance or facility-repair experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge is preferred.
