Description
The Plant Maintenance Associate performs emergency and unscheduled repairs, preventive maintenance, major repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects on production equipment. The role requires independent work, troubleshooting, safety compliance, teamwork, overtime, and ownership of hand tools, with basic machining and welding skills. Preferred qualifications include lockout/tagout and hot-work-permit experience, previous maintenance experience, blueprint reading, and machine-control-schematic interpretation. The position involves mechanical hazards, noise, vibration, extreme temperatures, wetness, humidity, and outdoor work.
