Description
The Manufacturing Maintenance Associate maintains equipment and facilities, performs scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, assists with machine setup and changeovers, installs and repairs manufacturing equipment, performs welding and fabrication, completes maintenance documentation, and coordinates materials and equipment. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Office skills, and 1–3 years of experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and welding. The position requires physical work in a manufacturing environment, availability for shifts and extended hours, and authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.
