Description
The employer is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician and Engineer to work Tuesday through Saturday at Village at The Woodlands Waterway. The role performs general building maintenance, light plumbing, minor electrical and appliance repairs, painting, preventive maintenance, snow removal, irrigation and vehicle maintenance, and upkeep of tools and equipment. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of building maintenance experience, and one year or more of apartment or healthcare community maintenance experience; a current driver’s license, emergency availability, and knowledge of building systems are required, while HVAC certification is preferred but not required.
