Description
Benchmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform minor and major repairs, implement preventive maintenance programs, communicate building and equipment conditions to the Maintenance Director, and handle biohazardous waste and chemicals safely. The role includes general maintenance such as light electrical work, painting, and carpentry, requires mechanical skills and familiarity with emergency procedures, and follows a Sunday–Thursday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule.
