Description
The Building Maintenance Technician operates and maintains building equipment, performs preventive maintenance, conducts housekeeping, manages energy and operational procedures, and oversees HVAC systems, water treatment, and electrical equipment. The role also coordinates work orders, failure analysis, vendor relations, training, and engineering documentation. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and 5 to 10 years of building maintenance experience; EPA 608 certification is preferred. The position pays $27.42 per hour and includes union benefits.
