Description
The Maintenance Tech will inspect and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and other building systems while maintaining a safe work environment. The role collaborates with the Maintenance Lead, prioritizes work, identifies repair needs, and assists with technical issues. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of maintenance experience, extensive mechanical-system knowledge, basic electrical-system knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to traverse facilities and lift 55 pounds. The position works 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and incentive benefits.
