The Maintenance Technician 2 at Lexington Lofts performs residential property maintenance, including repairs and upkeep across heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, HVAC, and general maintenance; prepares apartments for rental; documents inspections; and responds to resident requests. The role requires a high school degree or GED, advanced maintenance skills, a valid driver’s license, vehicle, insurance, and a clean driving record, with starting pay of $23 per hour plus potential incentives.
