Description

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the restaurant facility and equipment. This includes performing minor repairs on restaurant equipment, conducting routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests, assisting with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, maintaining cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas, replacing routine items, performing general tasks like painting, monitoring and reporting safety hazards, and assisting with event setup and breakdown.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to perform minor repairs on restaurant equipment, fixtures, furniture, and plumbing.
Ability to conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
Ability to respond to maintenance requests from management and staff in a timely manner.
Ability to assist with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks within skill level.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
Ability to replace light bulbs, air filters, and other routine items as needed.
Ability to perform general tasks such as painting, patching walls, or fixing doors.
Ability to monitor and report any safety hazards or major repair needs to the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.
Ability to assist with setting up and breakdown of equipment or furniture for events or seasonal changes.
Knowledge of all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
