Hillcrest Health & Living is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support its corporate office and Freedom Village in Bellevue, Nebraska, with flexibility to assist other Hillcrest communities as needed. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, preventative maintenance, building repairs, equipment upkeep, work-order completion, safety procedures, and after-hours emergency maintenance. Candidates should have building-maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.
