Description
The Manufacturing/Maintenance Technician repairs, maintains, troubleshoots, and supports mechanical, hydraulic, conveyor, and production equipment. The role includes root-cause investigations, changeovers, preventive maintenance, operator training, process coordination, equipment programming, capability studies, prototype production, and adherence to safety and housekeeping requirements. It requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent knowledge and experience, mechanical engineering training, team-oriented leadership skills, and possibly a Hi-lo license.
