Description
The Property Maintenance Technician maintains the physical condition of property buildings and grounds through onsite and preventative maintenance. The role handles service requests within 24 hours, follows up to ensure customer satisfaction, complies with OSHA and company safety policies, supports property improvement plans, turns on vacant units within five working days, and keeps 80% of vacant units in ready condition. The position requires standing and walking, frequent lifting or moving of up to 75 pounds, and a customer-service orientation; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
