Description
Pali Mountain is hiring full-time facility/maintenance staff to maintain its summer camp, outdoor education, and retreat center. The role covers general maintenance, painting, carpentry, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, concrete, snow removal, and other repairs, with duties varying by program needs and site issues. Candidates must be at least 18, have trade or general maintenance experience, and be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work. The position pays $20–$30 per hour, offers paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
