Description
Redi-Bag is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical factory machinery in its packaging production environment. The role includes installing and adjusting motors, gearboxes, cylinders, and valves; completing preventive maintenance and work orders; documenting equipment issues; and maintaining food-safety and GMP-compliant work areas. Candidates need manufacturing or industrial equipment maintenance experience, basic rigging experience, and familiarity with power and hand tools; electrical-system experience and steel fabrication are preferred. The position requires physical work at heights up to 70 feet, lifting at least 50 pounds, and adherence to plant safety and SQF/HACCP requirements, with compensation of $28.00 to $35.00 per hour.
