Description
The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician performs preventive and repair maintenance, line changeovers, equipment troubleshooting, and documentation in a food manufacturing plant. The role requires knowledge of GMPs and food safety, the ability to read machinery blueprints and parts manuals, forklift certification, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. A high school degree or equivalent is required, while at least two years of manufacturing maintenance experience is preferred. The schedule may include weekdays, weekends, afternoons, evenings, overnight shifts, and overtime.
