Description
The Maintenance Technician will maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, staff, and community property at Village at The Woodlands Waterway. Responsibilities include general repairs, painting and refurbishing, preventive maintenance, building and equipment repairs, snow removal, fountain and filtration-system maintenance, irrigation-system maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and tool upkeep. The role offers PRN shift availability and benefits including 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance, and paid time off. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of building maintenance experience, and one year or more of apartment or healthcare community maintenance experience; a current driver's license and emergency availability are required, while HVAC certification is preferred but not required.
