Description
Village at The Woodlands Waterway is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, staff, and community property. The role performs general maintenance, light plumbing, minor electrical and appliance repairs, painting, preventive maintenance, building and equipment repairs, snow removal, irrigation maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and upkeep of tools and supplies. A PRN shift is available, and the position offers 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance, paid time off, and an employee reward program. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of building maintenance experience, and one year or more of apartment or healthcare community maintenance experience; a current driver’s license and emergency availability are required, while HVAC certification is preferred but not required.
