THE BAYSHORE is recruiting a Hospitality Focused Maintenance Tech to perform preventative maintenance and refurbishment throughout a senior living community. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC troubleshooting, apartment move-in preparation, outdoor grounds maintenance, and safety checks on emergency systems, lighting, and facility equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, offers trade school and electrical/HVAC experience as preferred, requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and pays starting rates of $22 or more per hour depending on experience.
