Description
The General Maintenance Technician I assists with minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, lighting, building repairs, preventive maintenance, work orders, safety procedures, and emergency maintenance. The role reports to the Assistant Maintenance Manager, works Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and may require on-call duty and overtime. It requires a high school or equivalent education, a one-year certificate or related experience and training, and at least one year of maintenance experience.
