Description
Shaw Industries is hiring a Maintenance Technician C to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, basic troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, predictive and condition-based maintenance, work orders, and equipment installations while assisting senior technicians and maintenance leaders. It requires foundational industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience, mechanical-system knowledge, safety and tool proficiency, basic troubleshooting and math skills, and the ability to read mechanical drawings; electrical schematics, fabrication, predictive maintenance exposure, and technical training are preferred. The position is on an eight-hour non-rotating shift starting in the morning.
