Description
The Maintenance Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment, troubleshoots machine problems, completes work orders, orders parts, and maintains maintenance records. The role also involves working with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, PLC, and servo-drive systems; designing jigs and machinery; mentoring maintenance associates; and supporting IATF-16949, ISO-14001, APQP, and 5S requirements. The position requires an associate’s degree or high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of experience, and at least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with PLC experience required.
