Description
The role performs skilled maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building services, grounds, fire protection, detention equipment, and CCTV systems. It is based at the Courthouse and regularly floats to other locations, including secure facilities, and requires routine building maintenance, groundskeeping, travel, physical work, and coordination with contractors. The posting requires high school education or equivalent, three years of relevant experience, a current unrestricted driver's license and auto insurance, the ability to pass a criminal background investigation, and CPR/AED certification.
