Description
The Maintenance Technician I performs independent, limited-supervision general maintenance and repair throughout a warehouse, including refrigeration, dock doors and levelers, plumbing, electrical, building, safety-equipment, and grounds work. The role requires daily refrigeration inspections, preventative-maintenance records, security-alarm response, and work in cold, elevated, and outdoor conditions. Applicants need an HS diploma, at least two years of maintenance experience or relevant technical school certification, refrigeration and basic electrical instrumentation knowledge, blueprint-reading ability, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
